Is the whole internet broken?

I've had episode 12 done for days. Now it's Wednesday, time to post it, and I can't get Podomatic to upload the episode. Tired of buggy Podomatic, I opened an account with Liberated Syndication. That was on Sunday. They processed my payment via PayPal that day, but they still haven't activated my account. Their site directs me to the page where I give them my payment information. Three emails to their support staff have returned one automated blurb saying essentially, "We can't handle technical issues like this. Don't hate us if we don't get back to you in anything like a timely fashion."

If this were a free account, I could hardly complain. It's a paid account, and complaint falls on deaf, automated ears.

I heard somewhere recently that people WANT buggy, not-ready-for-primetime, not-really-even-ready-for-beta-testing software. They can't wait for the software manufacturers to get the products working before putting them on store shelves (both real and virtual/metaphorical).

HUH? WHO wants pseudo-functional software today rather than actually functioning software next month?

Don't offer the product or service until you're ready to provide it.
