An Evening with KMO

Got this in my inbox. Think I'll go.

Hello Friends,

Please join us for a special evening of discussion on the subject of Shamanism and the Use of Entheogenic Plants For The Raising of Consciousness. Entheogenic plants are naturally occurring psychoactive substances used in a religious or shamanic context. Leading this discussion will be KMO.

KMO hosts the weekly, interview-based, C-Realm Podcast. C stands for consciousness. In addition to gleaning insight from knowledgeable guests on the C-Realm Podcast, KMO's storehouse of information on the topic of plant teachers and shamanism has an experiential component. He has
made multiple trips to the Peruvian Amazon to drink ayahuasca and learn from the traditional shamanic healers of that region. He lives in rural Arkansas, where he keeps chickens, raises organic vegetables, and spends a substancial amount of his time and attention thinking about issues like the accelerating pace of technological change, entheogenic plants and the evils of the Drug War. He has a wife, two sons, a dog, two cats, and 10 chickens.

You can listen to his C-Realm Podcasts at http://www.c-realm.com

This discussion is intended to be interactive so please come prepared to share any relevant books, stories, personal experiences, or teachings on this subject.

We, at The Center For Soulful Living, believe that the only solution to our world problems is the evolution of consciousness. We look forward to a spiritually empowering evening of discussion with you.
