Holder

Eric Holder, President Obama's Attorney General, has gone on record saying that the Department of Justice will not attempt to prosecute Glenn Greenwald for breaking stories about the NSA's surveillance of and criminal intrusion into the lives of American citizens who are not suspected of any wrong-doing. His language is not exactly inspiring to those concerned with the erosion of privacy and the freedom of the press.

As Holder put it, “I certainly don’t agree with what Greenwald has done, but on the basis of what I know now, I’m not sure there is a basis for prosecution of Greenwald.”
