Paranoid but making good time

A poem by Paul Gude:

My Time Killer

On the 23rd day I found your radio tumors inside me
Their voices mingle with the Mars Climate Orbiter.
For the past year, I've wanted to sew your picture into my jacket and leave it at the Salvation Army
Instead, I'll create invisible disasters to destroy you.
You are lost in a suspected Indian earthquake.
Bees! Bees! Bees! Bees! Bees! Bees!
I'll snap my fingers right in your face.
You just lost five minutes.

hello kmo. i hope you are well. this comment is totally unrelated to your post. i just thought i'd drop by to say that i have been talking to someone at the gym about hydroxycut. apparently, it does work for some and with phenomenal results too. these folks are in no way 'experts'...but the general consensus seems to be that anything which contains ephedrine is potent and also that it might not go down well with everyone...altho' some folks do swear by it and rave about the results it has delivered. i suppose its a trial and error thing. i was beginning to feel a little silly because i spouted that advice without knowing much about it...(but its true! re the us navy workout! it does work!)....so i had to go and dig up more on it. the digging wasnt very useful either...but at least, now i know that i am not really sure about the whole bodybuilding/fat loss supplement scene. where is that humble pie? pass it on!..:P

I didn't like the way I felt on the stuff. I quit taking it. Lara is still taking it. I don't know how pleased she is with the results, but she hasn't complained of any side effects.
